Across the country, transportation is the single largest reason patients miss appointments. Missed appointments cascade — delayed treatment, worse outcomes, higher costs, broken trust.
We exist because rideshare logic isn't built for someone leaving dialysis, recovering from surgery, or attending therapy for the fourth time this week. Healthcare needs its own transportation layer — coordinated, trained, accessible, and built around the rhythm of care.

Our co-founder watched her grandmother miss three weeks of dialysis because of unreliable transportation. The company started with one van and one promise.
First hospital partnership
St. Anselm Medical Center signed on as our first facility partner. We rebuilt our intake process around discharge workflows.
ADA-compliant fleet expansion
Doubled the fleet, added wheelchair-accessible and stretcher-equipped vehicles, and introduced standing dialysis schedules.
