How can we help?
Use this form for general inquiries. For scheduling a ride, the ride request flow collects the right details.
Frequently asked
Quick answers.
How is this different from rideshare or a taxi?
Every driver is trained for medical transportation, every vehicle is purpose-equipped, and every trip is coordinated by a dispatch team that understands healthcare workflows. We're not transportation that happens to carry patients — we're patient care that happens to involve transportation.
Do you accept insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare?
We work with most Medicaid managed care plans, Medicare Advantage transportation benefits, and commercial insurance partners. Coverage varies by region and plan — please contact us with your plan details and we'll verify eligibility.
How far in advance should I schedule a ride?
For standing appointments like dialysis, we recommend setting up a recurring schedule one week in advance. For single appointments, 48 hours' notice is ideal but we coordinate same-day rides whenever capacity allows.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes — one companion can ride free on most trips. Just note the companion when you schedule. For patients who require an escort, we encourage it.
Are your vehicles wheelchair-accessible?
Our entire fleet meets ADA standards, and a large portion of vehicles are wheelchair-accessible with hydraulic lifts and certified securement. We also operate stretcher-equipped vehicles for non-emergency stretcher transport.
How does the provider portal handoff work?
Facility partners get a secure portal for scheduling and tracking patient transportation, with audit-ready trip records and direct communication with dispatch. We integrate with most discharge workflows.
What does the driver hiring process look like?
We hire for character first, then train deeply. Background check, driving record review, medical transport training, ADA securement certification, and a paid ride-along period before independent dispatch.
